This section of my site is really just for me. I use it keep track of stuff I like to eat, drink and smoke. I use to have it blocked off, but got sick of entering passwords so I figured what the hell. Now it's the Tasty section.

Laphroig 10 yr

This hands down my favorite scotch. This islay whiskey has the most powerful peaty flavors of any scotch I've tasted. I wouldn't make this your first scotch, but if you like the taste of others, you'll love this. The best part is that you can often pick it up for $40.

Salmon Fillet en Papillote with Julienne Vegetable

Haven't cooked this yet, but am adding it to the queue. Looks easy enough.

Alton Brown Meatloaf

If my parents knew I was making this I would be in trouble. Family recipes are great, but this is is too good to pass up. Awesome stuff.

Chicken Tikka Masala

This is a fairly easy Chicken Tikka Masala dish to make. It's awesome, but mind the warning below are you will ruin the dish.

WARNING - The recipe contains way too much salt. I would use anywhere from a 1/4 - 1/2 of the salt called for in the recipe.

Strawberry and Mozzarella Salad

I made this the first time with cheddar because I didn't have mozzarella and it wasn't too bad. I'm still holding out on my final judgment until I try it with the right cheese.
