Video Sites Included in Universal Search

Google has greatly expanded the number sites they include in their Universal Search index. In the beginning it was just metacafe, Google and YouTube. Now a number of other sites are getting some action. Click the link below to see some video sources that you might not have known about:

It looks like certain sites still retain authority as video sources though. In the query below we can see that YouTube by far outranks sources like MySpace and GrindTV:

At this point it looks as though Google might be starting to crawl certain sites for video content. It just looks like there are too many sites in there now for Google to have hand picked them all. Has anyone else heard anything about Google crawling video content instead of just relying on submission?

Unrelated - I need to help out a friend in the computer training industry who needs search results cleaned up. Nice of me to sacrifice my blog like this isn't it. They need some help filling computer training jobs. That ought to do it. They could also use some computer training help here. They have some cool videos that aren't getting much exposure.
