Drupal Central - Kansas City Drupal Organization

I've recently launched a new project called Drupal Central. This organization is focused on promoting Drupal education and networking in the Kansas City area.

The primary activity of the organization will be development events. We'll be taking a unique approach to these meet ups. We plan to rebuild websites for non-profit organizations during the meet ups, instead of just building ACME, throw away sites. I think this is a great way to both teach Drupal, help experienced users network, and all while helping out the community. In order to make the organization beneficial to both experienced and new Drupal users we will be recording the builds, and invite more experienced developers to jump in and help out during the builds.
