Check Recent Links in Google Blog Search

If you want to know who has been linking to you lately you can do head over to Google Blog Search. In the search bar just type in link:yoursite.com. Then when you get to the results page you can filter the results on the left side. See who's linked in the last month, week or day.

This can give you an idea of which of your posts are gaining traction and you can then market those posts more aggressively to gain additional links. If you're a little on the lazy side you can get email alerts when new results pop into this query. This tactic won't work for sites that don't have a lot of authority. If you want an accurate reading of how has linked to you overall, you need to use Google Webmaster Central to get a more accurate link count.
